Plaza laurier

Located on trendy Laurier Avenue in Montreal, this redevelopment project includes SNR’S conversion of an old industrial building (built in 1907) into 140,000 square feet of mostly government-occupied office space complete with a 140-car underground parking promenade. The project also includes an exclusive condominium building and a multi-family rental property. In addition, approximately 15 properties surrounding Plaza Laurier have been designed and redeveloped to blend with Plaza Laurier’s architectural motif.
