1215 SUPERIOR

1215 Superior is a 161,000 sq. ft. Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Cleveland. SNR executed a lease with Citizens Bank to occupy 40% of the building for the bank’s Ohio headquarters upon closing of SNR’s purchase, with the remainder of the building empty at Closing. SNR recently completed Phase I of a major building refurbishment and modernization project to attract tenants. Based on current lease-up activity, SNR expects the building to be stabilized within 18 months.
