In addition to our home base of Montreal, our team has developed, owned and managed properties in areas including Raleigh-Durham (the base of our US operations since 1984), Florida, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. In the past several years, we expanded our Canadian reach west to Calgary, AB and our US portfolio to the Midwest, with our December 2014 purchase of 1215 Superior, a Class A office building in downtown Cleveland, OH.
